About Me

I’m a dad, uncle, and godfather writing about toys and the ideologies I pass on with them.

When I was a child, I played with my toys without realizing how I was inheriting particular worldviews part and parcel with these plastic playthings. Now, I want to be intentional about crafting the narratives that my loved ones learn as they play… This is a blog where I think about how representation matters, but I try not to reduce representation to identity while ignoring ideologies.
